Professional Profile
Following the completion of a Sports Science degree at Loughborough University, Nina’s career started out in the leisure management industry.
Nina later went on to further her studies and qualified as Chartered Physiotherapist, studying at Hertfordshire University.
She has worked for the NHS and private practices in London gaining experience in paediatric, musculoskeletal, and stroke rehabilitation.
Experiences in sport include the London Marathon Expo; St Margaretbury FC; and Hove Rugby Club as their first team men’s physiotherapist. She currently works with the Sussex County Cricket Women’s and Boys U18 teams.
Nina can provide a range of clinical assessment and treatment techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, sports massage, taping, acupuncture, taping, ultrasound, and shockwave therapy.
She actively competes for Great Britain in her age group in Duathlon and likes to apply this experience to help others achieve their physical performance goals.
