Delivery and Packing Charges
All items will be dispatched by the most economical route currently available. Items ordered before 12pm will, wherever possible, be dispatched that working day and delivered by your selected delivery choice. Goods ordered after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Both these times are subject to stock availability. We do not guarantee next day delivery. The delivery charge is based on the overall weight of the parcel. Our standard weight is 20kgs for local and international parcels.
We do not make a profit on delivery and the cost includes insurance, packaging materials and packing time. Our prices are kept competitive and fair. Delivery is a cost, which has to be borne, we have defined certain areas within the UK at differing rates and the following are guidelines when ordering: Prices quoted include VAT. - Multiple parcel orders, dispatched at the same time to the same address, may be charged at an additional cost. Customer service operators will contact you to arrange appropriate payment.
- Heavy items will be charged at additional cost.
- Any additional carriage or freight charges will be charged at cost.
- European Freight Price. Average length of delivery is 3/5 day.
- Europe Zone 1 – Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
- Europe Zone 2 – Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland.
- Europe Zone 3 – All other EU countries and rest of world, please email sales@physioscienceuk.com.
Your delivery will need to be signed for. Normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. If you are not present to sign for your goods, a contact card will be left. If no response is given with 7 working days it may be returned to us. In this event, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to Europe or another non UK destination, please contact us at sales@physioscienceuk.com.
Loss, Theft or Damage
Physio Science UK will not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of purchased goods or products. However, we will do our up most to assist you in your claim to the associated delivery company. Please write to us at: sales@physioscienceuk.com.
Returns
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders must be notified in writing, within 7 days of placing the order. If payment has already been made, Physio Science UK will arrange a refund via the original payment method.
Returns & Refunds Procedure
Items will only be accepted for return with the prior authorisation of the company and within 7 days of purchase. This request must be made via email to sales@physioscienceuk.com. Provided the goods are received back to Physio Science UK in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
